Diamond Bar Neighborhoods and Condo Communities
Searches for Diamond Bar real estate split two ways: “The Country” and the city’s condo and townhome communities. A quick orientation to both.
The Country Estates (“The Country”). Diamond Bar’s signature address — a 24-hour guard-gated community spread across roughly 1,600 hillside acres in the south of the city, with 931 custom homes and lots ranging from view parcels to multi-acre estates. It is one of the largest private gated communities in the greater Los Angeles region, with quick access to the 57 and 60 freeways.
Condos and townhomes in Diamond Bar. The city has a deeper attached-home market than its estate reputation suggests. Diamond Bar Tennis Club is a guard-gated townhome and condo community beside Sycamore Canyon Park with pools, spa, tennis courts and a clubhouse. Montefino offers townhomes with hillside and mountain views inside the Walnut Valley Unified boundary. Ridgeline is a condominium community, and Lennar’s gated South Pointe and Willow Heights are the newer attached and detached options. These communities are where first-time buyers and downsizers most often start their Diamond Bar search.
