MLS / Lofty IDX data. If you use our property search powered by Lofty / CRMLS, your saved searches, favorited listings, and search history may be stored to provide better recommendations.
We use your information to respond to your real estate inquiries; schedule property showings and consultations; send new listing alerts, market updates, and follow-up communications you have requested; comply with California real estate disclosure laws (Fair Housing Act, CA DRE regulations, MLS Clear Cooperation Policy); improve our website, content, and services; and detect and prevent fraud.
