Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to use of the Site is limited to $100 USD. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for our intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or violations of California real estate licensing law.
You agree to indemnify and hold LK Fox Real Estate, TNG Real Estate, and their agents harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County or Orange County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
