Chino Hills, California

About the Community

Chino Hills sits in the far southwestern corner of San Bernardino County, where four counties meet, and borders Brea and Yorba Linda in Orange County. The city incorporated in 1991 and grew around its hills: homes are clustered in village neighborhoods along the main roads, with more than 3,000 acres of city-owned open space and 48 miles of trails between them.

Next door, Chino Hills State Park protects more than 14,000 acres of rolling hills — the city calls it the largest California state park in an urban setting. For buyers coming from Orange County, Carbon Canyon Road is the direct route over the hills.

Laura and Kevin Fox help families buy and sell across the Inland Empire and neighboring Orange County. If you are weighing a move to or from Chino Hills, start with a free valuation or a conversation.

Vellano is a gated community in the hills, and Butterfield Ranch and Payne Ranch are large master-planned neighborhoods.
